Booking, payment & cancellation

Please read these terms before you book. They apply to direct bookings on this site.

Booking terms

Bookings are made via the Direct booking widget on this website.
Maximum 2 guests.
Prices include 21% VAT. Aalsmeer tourist tax of 6% of the stay price is added and paid with your booking.

Payment terms

100% of the total is due when your booking is confirmed.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
There is no separate credit card surcharge. On a timely cancellation we keep a 4% service fee for payment processing — the same costs Stripe charges us for handling payments both ways.

Cancellation terms

Cancel up to 7 days before arrival: 96% refund. The remaining 4% is the service fee on cancellations.
Cancel within 7 days of arrival: no refund.
If we cancel as host: full refund.
